- Student details needed to run programs (name, age, school, dietary, medical and emergency information).
- Travel documents where required for tours.
- Photos and video taken on program, only with parental consent.
Children's data
We only collect children's information from a parent or guardian, use it solely to deliver and safeguard programs, and never sell it. Parents may review, correct or request deletion of their child's data at any time.
How we use information
- To process enquiries and enrollments.
- To keep students safe, including sharing necessary details with vetted travel, accommodation and medical providers.
- To send program updates. Marketing only with consent.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as necessary [retention period] and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
