The terms that apply to enrollment and participation.
Enrollment
A place is confirmed when the application is accepted and the deposit is received. Parents or guardians must complete all consent, medical and emergency forms before the program.
Payments & cancellations

Code of conduct
Students agree to follow program rules and the instructions of chaperones. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from the program at the parent's cost, after contacting parents.
Health & medical
Parents must disclose relevant medical needs. In an emergency, staff may arrange treatment and will contact parents immediately.
Program changes
Itineraries may change because of weather, safety or partner availability. We will offer comparable alternatives where possible.
Photos & media
Photos may be taken on program and used only with parental consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
